Information for parents and carers:

  • The Club Handbook with Terms and Conditions for parents is attached below. It is important parents read the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • Permission to Administer Medicine Form is attached below if required.

  • Children will be allocated a Key worker (one of the members of staff) who parents and carers can talk to about how the EYFS is being delivered and get an update about their child's day at the setting.

  • Parents and carers can share with the Key worker (one of the members of staff) what the child has been learning at home.

 

  • Activities are always varied and tailored to what the children would like to participate in - so they will always be entertained. The club offers a wide range of activities including physical activities, team-building, role play, free play arts and crafts, educational learning using resources such as puzzles, small world toys, construction toys and board games.

 

  • Foods and drinks provided for children:

Typical Breakfast Menu:

 

Toast with a topping of your choice, including: butter, margarine, jam, honey.

Cereal and milk

Drinks: water, milk

 

Typical After School Menu will include:

 

Selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables, including: apples oranges, grapes, melon, pineapple, bananas, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot sticks, peppers and more

 

Crackers, Wraps, Rolls, Bread, with butter, cheese or chicken, honey or jam (treat)

Drinks: water, milk
